1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for Phuket Primarchs events, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register or attend our events.
2. Event Registration
Payment & Refunds
- All event fees must be paid in full at time of registration
- Payments are processed in Thai Baht (THB)
- Refund requests must be submitted at least 14 days before the event
- No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the event date
- Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days
Registration Requirements
- Valid identification may be required for international participants
- Army lists must be submitted by the published deadline
- Failure to submit required materials may result in event exclusion
3. Event Conduct
Expected Behavior
- Players must conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner
- Cheating, harassment, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated
- Event organizers reserve the right to remove disruptive participants
- Respect for venue property and local customs is mandatory
Rules & Scoring
- Current Games Workshop tournament rules apply unless stated otherwise
- Judge decisions are final
- Score disputes must be raised immediately during the event
4. Liability
Personal Property
- Phuket Primarchs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property
- Players are responsible for securing their own belongings
- Additional security measures recommended for traveling players
Health & Safety
- Players attend events at their own risk
- Travel insurance is recommended for international participants
- Any injuries must be reported to event staff immediately
- Players with health concerns should notify organizers in advance
5. International Participants
Travel & Accommodation
- Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements
- Visa requirements are the responsibility of the participant
- Event organizers can provide venue information but do not guarantee accommodation
6. Photography & Media
By attending events, you consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be featured, please notify event staff.
7. Code of Conduct
Phuket Primarchs is committed to providing an inclusive environment. Discrimination, harassment, or hate speech of any kind will result in immediate removal and permanent ban.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
